Our sorority is run by dedicated alumnae who give their time and talents to lead the sisterhood. Their home chapters are listed next to their name and short biographies can be found below. National Executive Board

Vicki Nelson – Lambda
Vicki is an alumna and founding sister at Delta Xi Phi’s Lambda Chapter at Johns Hopkins University where she graduated in 2005.  Having joined Delta Xi Phi’s National Board of Directors in 2005 she is entering her 7th term with the board.  Vicki completed her PhD in Genetics and attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University.  She currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina where she is a medical fellow completing training in Sports Medicine.  Vicki attributes much of her leadership abilities and successes to her experiences with Delta Xi Phi and enjoys serving on the National Board where she can continue to enrich the undergraduate experience for women through involvement with Delta Xi Phi.

Executive Vice President
Nikita DeBarros – Rho
In May of 2010, Nikita became a sister of the Rho Chapter at the University of New Hampshire, where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies. Nikita attributes her confidence and leadership skills to her membership in Delta Xi Phi. She is an occupational therapist and works for a non-profit organization in Massachusetts,  supporting diverse populations in several different settings throughout the state to gain and maintain their independence in their daily lives. She is passionate about helping others and strives to be an advocate and ally for individuals with disabilities.  Nikita is also passionate about her sisters and takes great pride in supporting chapters, actives, and alumnae to have the same empowering experience that she has had as a member of Delta Xi Phi. This is her second term on the national board.

Monica Longoria – Omega
Monica joined Delta Xi Phi in May 2012 and was a founding sister at the Omega Associate Chapter at Samford University. She graduated in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Monica currently works for Cox Media Group as a Sr. Research Analyst in advertising sales. At CMG she serves as an Advisor on the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. Since graduation, Monica has continued to support her chapter with their recruitment needs and looks forward to doing the same for DXP chapters across the nation.

Jillian Hayes – Rho
Jill joined Delta Xi Phi’s Rho Chapter at the University of New Hampshire in Fall 2011 as a member of the Iota line. She graduated from UNH in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Originally from Rhode Island, Jill recently left New Hampshire and moved back to Bristol. This is her second term on the National Board.  She brings her unwavering passion and love for Delta Xi Phi, both as a sisterhood and as a business, to her position as Secretary.  Aside from Delta Xi Phi, her passions include volunteering with the Special Olympics/Unified Sports programs and being a crazy cat lady. 

Kaitlin DeFoor – Omega
Kaitlin became a sister of Delta Xi Phi in May 2012 and was a founding sister at the Omega Associate Chapter at Samford University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in December 2012. Kaitlin currently works as a Training Coordinator at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where she lives her letters every day.  This is her second term on the National Board.

Emily Mennenga – Eta
Emily was born in a small town outside of Delta Xi Phi’s Alpha Chapter in Illinois. She joined the Eta Associate Chapter in Fall 2010 at Marquette University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. She is entering her 2nd term on the National Board.  Emily currently resides in Milwaukee and is working as an Inside Technical Sales Agent at Badger Meter.

Charisse Bourne – Pi
Charisse is an alumna and founding sister at our Pi Associate Chapter at SUNY College at Old Westbury, where she graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Economics, and Law.  Charisse earned her Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law in 2013.  Currently she is a member of the New York State Bar and practices in foreclosure litigation as a mediation attorney for McCabe, Weisberg and Conway in New York.

Jessica Noviello – Lambda
Jessica Noviello joined Delta Xi Phi’s Lambda Chapter at Johns Hopkins University in December 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Earth and Planetary Sciences in 2014, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in planetary geology at the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University (SESE/ASU). It is her first term as a National Board member.

Alumnae Liaisons
Ivy Sanchez – Mu
Ivy became a part of Delta Xi Phi at the Mu Associate Chapter at University of California, Davis in June of 2010. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Education and is currently pursuing her graduate studies at Cal Poly Pomona for teaching. Ivy works with students in a special education classroom, which she greatly enjoys in her hometown of La Puente, CA. This is her first term as a National Board member and she is excited to meet and work with sisters across the nation.

Jaci Gonzalez– Beta
Jaci joined Delta Xi Phi’s Beta Associate Chapter in the Spring of 2013 as part of the Psi Line.  She graduated from California State University, Chico in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration: Finance, and has since worked in Business Underwriting.  She has recently moved to Santa Barbara with her family, and is taking time off from a career to be able to stay home with her daughter. Jaci is passionate about her daughter, literature, sewing, and anything involving business.  She is excited to serve her first term on the National Board, and is looking forward to all the great experiences to come.

National Expansion Chair
Monique Raymond – Rho
Monique “Anevia” Raymond is an alumna of Delta Xi Phi’s Rho Chapter at the University of New Hampshire where she studied Wildlife & Conservation Biology until 2014. She now serves as the National Board’s Expansion Chair, and is based out of northern California. With her strong communicative skills, sense of humor, and professional background in recruitment and community outreach, she is eager to support expansion efforts to campuses throughout the country where Delta Xi Phi’s pillars are ready to shine.

Regional Advisor – West (CA)
Ambrosia Solis – Mu
Ambrosia is an alumna of the University of California – Davis, where she joined Delta Xi Phi as the 33rd sister of the Mu Associate Chapter. Having graduated in June 2015, Ambrosia is employing the knowledge gained through her leadership experience and degree in History and Political Science – Public Service in her recent employment at Los Angeles Unified School District. For the upcoming school year, Ambrosia will be a Substitute Teacher for Secondary classrooms as she prepares her applications for Graduate programs. Ambrosia welcomes all questions, comments and suggestions, and enjoys connecting with Sisters. She currently resides in Los Angeles County, California, and looks forward to her next opportunity to travel!

Kelsey Hall – Omega
Kelsey joined the sisterhood of Delta Xi Phi in May 2012 in Birmingham, AL.  She is proud to be one of the founding members of the Omega Associate Chapter at Samford University.  She graduated in May 2015 from the pharmacy school at Samford and is currently working as a pharmacist, back in her hometown of Louisville, KY.  Kelsey loves meeting new sisters and hopes to embark on many road trips across the south during her first term on the national board.

Elizabeth Mason – Alpha
Elizabeth is an alumna from the Alpha Chapter at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she crossed on the Alpha Eta line. She graduated in 2012 with a degree in International Studies. Currently, she has returned to UIUC to work on her Master’s degree in Higher Education. She is a Graduate Academic Advisor at the university. This is her first term on the National Board.

Regional Advisor – East (MA, MD, NY, NH, PA)
Lindsay Gross – Rho
Lindsay joined Delta Xi Phi’s Rho Chapter at the University of New Hampshire in the fall of 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minored in History. Presently, Lindsay is taking a year off and is working at the Gap Outlet while she works on graduate school applications. It is her hope that she can work in travel journalism because she wants to see the world. This is her first term on the national board and she is really excited to be able to meet sisters from all over and help the chapters in the East.
