Alumnae Liaisons

Position Description: The Alumnae Liaisons serve as the primary liaison between the National Board and the alumnae.

Reports to: National President

• Knowledge of simple database maintenance (e.g. MS Access)

• Provide leadership for the alumnae
• Oversee planning and sponsorship of alumnae activities
• Maintain contact with present and future alumnae
• Assist in the maintenance of alumnae databases
• Collect graduation reports from chapters to update national membership records
• Serve as liaison for the alumnae to the National Board
• Keep alumnae informed of upcoming events and news
• Moderate and maintain Alumnae Yahoo!group, Facebook page/profile, LinkedIn account, and newsletter
